The 11th edition of the Bocuse d'Or France will be held on September 23 and 24, 2019 at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris, in view of the European Selection of this prestigious competition in 2020. Applications are now open to find the 8 chefs who will compete for the french nomination.
Chef Regis Marcon will chair the competition. Bocuse d'Or France is the first step in the new cycle where chefs will try and qualify to officialy represent the french flag for Bocuse d'Or Europe in Tallin (Estonia) in june 2020, and then go on to the world final in Lyon on January 2021.
Chefs and 'cheffes' from all types of cuisine, gastronomic or bistronomic, modern or traditional, are invited to apply, as Bocuse d'Or is more than ever welcoming all creative and motivated profiles.
