About the Event
Entry is open to Junior to Mid Level chefs (junior roles up to and including sous chef) that work in a uk based hotel or hotel restaurant. The deadline for entry has been extended until 13th March 2020.
To enter, you need to visit https://www.steelite.com/shcc and enter with your details, and submit a main course recipe and an image of the dish: PRESENTATION IS KEY!
- A 3 night trip for 2 people to New York City, including flights and accommodation.
- Attendance to StarChefs 2020 in NYC, with the opportunity to participate on the Steelite Popup.
- A culinary tour of New York.
- £2500 worth of Steelite product for the winner’s Hotel or Hotel Restaurant.
5 Winners will be chosen to go to the live final, which will be on 20th April 2020 in London. There, the finalists will have to prepare 4 covers of a starter and a main to plate up to our esteemed judges.
